The Sprogge Collection

The library obtained the small amature collection of M.Sprogge in 1886. 2550 engraved portraits are held in seven folders. More than one portrait are mounted at the same time on a single mount board, which was then placed in a folder.

The engravings are arranged according to the time of their acquisition.
