Broadsides of the White Movement (1917-1920)
The collection comprises 3,577 single-sheet broadsides and propaganda posters, published from November 1917 to September 1920 by anti-Bolshevik governments of the Volga and Ural Mountains regions, Siberia, and the north of Russia. It encompasses the unique materials that give us a fascinating chronicle of the events throughout the period of the October Revolution of 1917 and the subsequent period of the Civil War.
