During the summer, from 1 July to 31 August, the main reading rooms at the NLR are open to the public at the following times:
13.00 - 21.00 Monday and Wednesday
09.00 - 17.00 Tuesday and Thursday to Sunday.
Note that all reading rooms are closed on the last Tuesday of every month and Russian Public Holidays.
The day before a holiday, the reading rooms are open to readers from 09.00 to 16.00.
